How to See Sammy Hagar Live in Roseville

Want to see former Van Halen singer Sammy Hagar perform live in Downtown Roseville? You’re in luck — there are few ways to score or purchase tickets for the event.

Sept. 15 during the opening of his restaurant Sammy’s Rockin’ Island Bar & Grill on Vernon Street in Downtown Roseville.

The concert will benefit five local nonprofit organizations: Me-One Foundation, Keaton Raphael Memorial, Placer Breast Cancer Endowment, Tommy Apostolos Fund and Woodshop Rocks, according to Steve Pease, with Innova Restaurant Concepts LLC. They hope to raise between $25,000 and $30,000 during the event, with proceeds going to those five charities.

Hagar will perform inside the restaurant, but the concert will also be projected on screens in the 200 block of Vernon Street, which will become an outdoor courtyard area during the event.

The City of Roseville approved a street closure for the event and anticipates between 700-900 will attend.

Win Tickets from the Eagle 96.9:

The classic rock radio station will be holding a contest giving away tickets to the Sept. 15 event and Sammy Hagar performance. More information will be available in the next couple weeks. Check their website for more information as it becomes available.

Purchase a Gift Card:

When you purchase a $75 gift card to be used at Sammy’s Rockin’ Island Bar & Grill at a later date, you’ll get two passes to the outdoor courtyard area during the event. Gift cards will be available on the Sacramento Perks website in the next couple weeks.

Purchase VIP Tickets:

VIP tickets for inside the restaurants will be available for purchase, with proceeds going to five south Placer County nonprofit organizations. Tickets are $400 per person; $250 of that goes to one of the five charities of your choice and $150 goes toward food and entertainment.
