Jack's Urban Eats to Open Monday in Roseville

The Fountains at Roseville location will open Sept. 17 with pre-opening events benefiting the Placer SPCA and Woodcreek Aquatics this weekend.

The eatery takes over the 2,800-square-foot space formerly , which closed in May. The restaurant will feature a year-round patio and they may tweak the menu for this location.

“Consistency and high-quality ingredients are a given," said Jack's Urban Eats' Managing General Partner Trevor Sanders in a news release. "Since this is a flagship location, you may see a few twists for the Roseville crowd.”

Their menu features hand-carved tri-tip sandwiches, made-to-order salads and sides like "Urban Fries," which are topped with bleu cheese.

Jack's Urban Eats joins more than 40 other businesses and restaurants located at the Fountains at Roseville outdoor shopping center.

“We are very much looking forward to becoming a part of Fountains’ restaurant family," Sanders said. "Fountains at Roseville have become the new 'downtown' gathering place of Roseville. That’s why it’s such a good fit for us; because we believe in locating restaurants in the center of a community.”

There is one other Jack's Urban Eats located in Roseville on Sierra College Boulevard, as well as regional locations in Folsom, Natomas, Midtown, Loehmann’s Plaza and Gold River.

As part of the Fountains restaurant opening, they will also hold fundraising events; a friends and family benefit will support the Placer SPCA from 5-8 p.m. Sept. 15 and the Woodcreek High School Aquatics club from 1-4 p.m. Sept. 16.
