Police, FBI Investigate Roseville Bank Robbery

River City Bank on Foothills Boulevard in Roseville was robbed just before noon today.

The Roseville Police Department and the FBI are investigating a bank robbery that happened just before noon today on Foothills Boulevard.

At 11:52 a.m. today, Monday, Nov. 14, officers responded to a robbery at , 4001 Foothills Blvd.  The robber approached a bank employee and gave her a note demanding money. The suspect implied he had a gun, but no weapons were seen, according to police.

The bank employee gave the robber an undisclosed amount of cash and he left.  

No injuries were reported.

The robbery suspect was described as a black male, 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall and heavyset.  He wore a red cap under a black hooded sweatshirt, a black letterman's style jacket with white trim, dark colored pants and black and white athletic shoes. 

He was seen getting into a pickup driven by another male.  The pickup was a white, very clean newer pickup, similar to a Chevy or a Dodge.
