Nov. 2: Halloween Candy Buy-Back, Ice Rink Opens

Personalized Dental Care in Roseville wants to purchase your extra Halloween candy to send it to troops overseas.

Today in Roseville, even if you don’t have a dentist appointment, make a visit to one local dentist and drop off unwanted Halloween candy. Also today, an outdoor ice skating rink opens.

Halloween Candy Buy-Back – From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today, bring in your leftover Halloween candy to Personalized Dental Care in Roseville and they’ll not only take it off your hands, but they’ll send it to troops overseas. Personalized Dental Care will purchase your candy for $1 per pound (up to 10 pounds) and donate it to Blue Star Moms who will send it to troops overseas. Drop off your unwanted candy at 4000 Foothills Blvd. Suite 126 in Roseville or at 945 Orchard Creek Lane, Suite E in Lincoln.

Ice Rink Opens – Today, the to the public. The soft opening is held at 10 a.m. today, while the grand opening celebration will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5. Find out more about the rink .
