Man Comes Face-to-Face With Burglar in His Living Room

A Roseville man heard a noise in his home late at night earlier this week, and came downstairs to find a burglar in his living room, police say.

The resident of Chandon Court was robbed around 3 a.m. Tuesday, according to a Roseville Police Department crime log.

Police say when the resident came downstairs, the burglar escaped by fleeing through the backyard, and got away with a laptop computer and a Nintendo Wii. A side garage door at the home was left unlocked, according to police.

The suspect was described "as a white male in his mid 20s, 5'8" to 6'0" tall, with a stocky build. He had a white t-shirt wrapped around his face and wore a white tank top and short."
