4 Roseville Real Estate Sales Featured in Area's Top 10 List

Four Roseville centers are featured in the Sacramento Business Journal's slideshow of the top 10 Sacramento area real estate purchases from 2011. Each of the sales were more than $20 million.

Four big purchases made in Roseville for millions of dollars in 2011 top the Sacramento Business Journal's list of top 10 sales transactions in the Sacramento area for last year.

The information, provided by Loopnet, shows a breakdown of cost, location and size. The Hilton Sacramento Arden West came in at No. 1 with a purchase price of $125.5 million. A Roseville sales transaction came in at No. 2.

Roseville sales accounted for four of the 10 top purchases in the area last year, according to the list.

Here's a look at the Roseville sales:
Industrial flex space (came in at No. 10):

  • Located at 1376-1390 Lead Hill Blvd.
  • Purchase price of $21 million
  • Four buildings; 204,000-square-feet
  • Santa Rosa-based company STG Sierra Garden LLC purchased this property in August. The building is leased to First American Title Co. and other tenants.

Highland Crossing shopping center (came in at No. 8):

  • Located at 1010-1090 Pleasant Grove Blvd.
  • Purchase price of $33.5 million
  • Five buildings; 130,000-square-feet
  • PLK Realty LLC acquired this center in June from Highland Crossing LLC. Tenants include Safeway, CVS and Sprint.

Terraces at Highland Reserve (came in at No. 6):

  • Located at 700 Gibson Drive
  • Purchase price of $40.5 million
  • 273 units
  • An investment firm based in Los Angeles acquired the property in September.

Slate Creek at Johnson Ranch (came in at No. 2):

  • Located at 1751 E. Roseville Parkway
  • Purchase price of $76.5 million
  • 612-unit apartment complex
  • The complex was purchased by a private investment group in May.
