After several years of lying dormant and incomplete, construction on The Adora by Cresleigh Homes complex is scheduled to be complete and ready for lease in about a month or two.
Development on the Barbara Way townhomes was recently restarted after it was put on hold in the summer of 2009 to wait until the economy recovered.
The project was initially planned to be condos available for sale, but was switched to townhomes available for lease instead. A representative from Cresleigh Homes declined to comment why.
Some of the amenities the gated community will offer, according to its website, are free organic herbs for residents from the community garden, saltwater swimming pool, fire pit, individual street addresses, attached garage, individual garage, workout gym, free Wi-Fi, business and club house and a barbeque and play area.
The individual townhomes will have extra sound insulation, stainless steel kitchen appliances, upgraded cabinetry, granite slab kitchen counter tops, gas cooking range and extra lights in bathrooms.
