Beatnik Books to Expand
Beatnik Books fans will soon have more room to browse the shelves. Beatnik Books, currently located at 309 Lincoln St., will be expanding.
They plan to take over the vacant space next door at 307 Lincoln St., formerly a Pacific Street Café dining room.

The Serpentarium, a “living reptile museum” with locations currently in Elk Grove and Lodi, will open this weekend in Roseville.
According to its website, The Serpentarium’s Lodi location is a two-story museum and reptile store with exhibits including geckos, cobras, pythons and lizards.
The Roseville store will celebrate its grand opening Saturday, April 27. Doors open at 11 a.m. and the first 20 people will receive prizes, according to their Facebook page.
