In June's roundup of business news, we have a bunch of businesses expanding and opening in Roseville. Chuck E. Cheese and Justice are expanding their existing spaces and we have news of some new businesses coming to the area like a yoga studio, indoor firing range and the latest about Sammy's Rockin' Island Bar and Grill.

Here’s a look at the latest businesses news in Roseville:

Sammy's Rockin' Island Bar and Grill — This Sammy Hagar restaurant and entertainment venue is moving forward with tenant improvements at 238 Vernon St. will have an island theme and will feature pan-Asian influenced cuisine. Their menu will include burgers, seafood, sushi, pasta and salads; a full bar with a wine list and draft beer. The 10,000-square-foot space will have two floors, outdoor seating on both levels and a stage for entertainment.

Zuda Yoga — A new yoga studio will be located at 1470 Eureka Road. Zuda Yoga currently has locations in Midtown Sacramento and Folsom. They focus their practice on bringing fun and energy into the studio. For more information, visit their website here.

Chuck E. Cheese — The location at 9601 Fairway Drive is planning an expansion valued at about $255,000. They will be expanding their space into the adjoining suite for a total of approximately 16,688 square feet.

Fiat — The Roseville Automall will soon add a new dealership to its list. We first shared this were approved. The building permit application to construct the new dealership was submitted May 3, according to the City of Roseville Economic Development department. The building is valued at $453,000. .

AutoZone — There are plans for an AutoZone to be constructed at 361 Roseville Square. The automotive parts retail store will take over the vacated Firestone and Pizza Parlor buildings on the corner of Harding Boulevard and Estates Drive; they will be demolished and a new 7,475-square-foot building will be created for AutoZone. The new building is valued at approximately $375,000.

Capital Gun Club — Roseville will soon be home to an indoor firing range. Capital Gun Club will be located in an 18,000-square-foot space at 2001 Opportunity Drive. There will be 18 firing lanes and a retail sales area inside.

Justice — This "tween" clothing store has been located at 1232 Galleria Blvd., suite 150 giving "tween" girls a place to shop. will be remodeling their store to add the Brothers brand of clothing, which will include "tween" boys clothing into the shop. The remodel project is valued at $165,000.

Kiddie Academy — This educationally focused childcare is in the design review process in Roseville. Kiddie Academy is looking to locate at a 9,327-square-foot space at 5100 Foothills Blvd. At Kiddie Academy, they focus their program on opportunities to teach children even while they are playing.
