recently earned an award for its customer service and is the only Ford dealership in the county to recieve this award.
Future Ford of Roseville was awarded Ford Motor Company’s President’s Award for 2011. This is the 12th consecutive year that the dealership has received this award, demonstrating Future Ford of Roseville’s continued commitment to excellence in all aspects of automotive retailing.
“The Future Ford of Roseville team is honored to have won this prestigious award for the 12th consecutive year,” said Steve Pleau, Future Ford Automotive Group owner, in a news release. “Our extraordinary team of salespeople, mechanics, techs and administrators work tirelessly to ensure that our customers have the ultimate car buying experience.”
Developed in 1998, the President’s Award honors dealerships that provide outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction. Recipients are determined throughout the nation based on customer surveys regarding the dealership’s service, customer satisfaction and overall consumer experience.
