Position: Part-time guest service/birthday party hosts

Duties: Provide a "wow" experience for guests and go above what is expected to make guests happy.

Requirements: Must be athletic, confident, friendly, sociable, thorough, energetic and a team player.

Hours: Nights and weekends.

Compensation: $9 per hour.

Position: Restaurant kitchen manager

Duties: Shared responsibilities of the General Manager include all aspects of profit and loss, hiring and training of management, the hourly team, providing daily safety and sanitation practices, quality food preparation and guest service.

Requirements: High school degree or GED equivalent preferred, bi-lingual preferred, at least 21 years of age, at least two years of full-service restaurant operation experience, communications, ability to organize, train and direct team of at least 50 employees.

Position: Part-time seasonal 2011 customer service representative

Duties: Create a positive store atmosphere by providing a pleasant, friendly experience. In addition, converse with customers about products both in and out of the store, process transactions, maintain member accounts and performs other related duties.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent (or near completion) and one year of retail sales plus customer service experience is preferred. Also, must have knowledge of movies and games and be able to lift up to 35 pounds from the floor to your waist.

System Circulation Partners (SCP)

Position: Junior sales team

Duties: Sign people up for the Sacramento Bee newspaper.

Requirements: Must be able to able work a minimum of three days a week and no experience is required. Teens under 18 years of age must have parent’s approval. 

Hours: From 4-9:30 p.m. three days a week. Transportation will be provided.

Compensation: Depending on sales, bonuses every night and special trips such as paintball, movies, water parks, etc.

Position: Work-at-home sales agent

Duties: Receive and handle inbound sales calls, makes every attempt to close every sale, update customer record management database and handle inquiries with complete knowledge of product/services.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree or associated certifications preferred, must have two to four years of experience in sales, excellent attendance, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel (or similar Windows-based software), able to multi-task within an allotted time frame, team player, positive attitude and able to understand a variety of products and services.

Position: Work-at-home solutions center engineer

Duties: Perform analysis on clients' PC, make product/service recommendations, provide excellent customer service support to direct clients on all technological support needs by utilizing company provided tools to troubleshoot and solve client problems. In addition, must maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by focusing on first call resolution identification and provide removals of malware and viruses.

Requirements: Minimum of one to two years of related experience, customer service dealing with consumers, hardware/software technical support, experience troubleshooting Windows XP, Vista and 7 platforms, home networks (wire and wireless) using multiple network technologies such as switches, routers, printers, printers, scanners, fax, MP3 players, digital cameras, cell phones, PDAs and more.

Equipment Requirements: Minimum 3 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM with 1280x1024 minimum resolution, minimum OS of Windows XP SP3, .net4 with security patches already applied, dual monitors (17” screen or greater recommended),  broadband connection (1.5MB down /512 kbps up) and an installed anti-virus software.  

Compensation: $13.50 an hour (overtime and shift premiums available), plus medical, dental, vision, 401K plan, PTO and an employee stock purchase plan.
