NASCAR Race Car Coming to Roseville

Roseville NASCAR fans will have an opportunity to get an up-close view of a race car on Thursday afternoon.

The Degree Simulator car will be at the in Roseville from noon to 2:20 p.m. The car will also be on display at the Carmichael Save Mart on Manzanita Avenue from 3:30-6 p.m.

NASCAR is in the region in advance of Sunday's Toyota/Save Mart 350 race in Sonoma.

Two-pack tickets for the race are being sold at area Lucky and Save Mart stores up to and including race day, while supplies last. For $99, customers will get event admission by showing a Catalina ticket at the track gate and then will receive two reserved seat tickets at the Save Mart Ticket Booth at the top of the Turn 9 Terrace seating area, according to a Save Mart news release. The seats are also located in the Turn 9 Terrace.

Save Mart is also promoting its Speedy Tracks Limited Edition Premium Ice Cream, created exclusively for its stores by Sunnyside Farms Dairy. The ice cream is being released in time for the NASCAR race and the Hot August Nights classic car event in Reno.
