SF Investment Firm Buys Up Office Buildings in Roseville

An Ellis Partners spokesperson said his company has been wanting to get into the Sacramento area for some time, according to the Sacramento Business Journal.

 

The Houston-based owner of several office buildings in Roseville has sold nine buildings to San Francisco real estate investment firm Ellis Partners, according to the Sacramento Business Journal

Ellis Partners had been wanting to get into the Sacramento-area market, and they did so by "buying nine high-profile office buildings totaling 670,000 square feet along Douglas Boulevard."

The vacancy rate along Douglas Corridor is about 23 percent, but Roseville offices are filling fairly rapidly, adding more than 17,000 square feet between the second and third quarters.
