Zuda Yoga Opening in Roseville
Midtown's trend-setting vinyasa yoga comes to Roseville today.
A bit of Zen is illuminating Roseville this weekend. Zuda Yoga, based in midtown Sacramento, is opening their Roseville vinyasa yoga studio.
Co-owners Anne Marie Kramer and Bill Prysock will host a blessing ceremony today at 4 p.m. followed by a class.
Vinyasa yoga, a popular form of power yoga, emphasizes continual, flowing movements and positions.
