Week in Review, April 1: Grand Jury Report Released on Speedway, Crime Down, More

Last week, we informed readers about the Grand Jury report on the Placer County fairgrounds and All American Speedway in Roseville. Based on findings from the report, the recommendation is to terminate the contract between the county and the fair association and search for a different nonprofit to oversee things.
