Week in Review, Feb. 5: Scam Alerts, Pranks, More

We had a lot of crime-related stories last week in Roseville: Two scams residents need to be aware of, a rash of "pranks" reported in west Roseville, suspected shoplifters caught during a "Shop with a Cop" event and an updated map of where residential burglaries were reported in January.
