Week in Review, July 1: Cutest Dog, School Vandalism, Firework Sales, More

Last week, we launched our Cutest Dog contest and about 20 dogs are in the running. There's still time to vote — voting ends at noon Monday. Also, we had some stories on 4th of July festivities like where you can buy fireworks, what's planned in Roseville and more.
