Week in Review, Sept. 23: Fast-Food Robbers Arrested, Walmart Opens in Granite Bay, More

Last week in Roseville, we had a few big stories: Three people were arrested in connection with a Carl's Jr. armed robbery that happened in July, Walmart Neighborhood Market opened in Granite Bay and Sammy's Rockin' Island Bar & Grill is now open to the public.
