Monday, May 28

Catalytic converter theft: Sometime between May 25 and 28, someone stole the catalytic converter from a 2002 Toyota Sequoia SUV parked in a driveway in the 2000 block of Dorrington Drive.

Overnight May 28/29, someone went into tool boxes mounted on a pickup and a trailer in the 1200 block of Trehowell Drive, and took a generator, a ladder, a shop saw, and other tools.  There was no sign of forced entry into the tool boxes, so the thief may have had a key.

Tuesday, May 29

Between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. May 29, someone entered a vehicle parked in the 600 block of Sunrise Avenue by unknown means and took a purse, wallet and various ID and bank cards.

Wednesday, May 30

Between midnight and 5 p.m. May 30, someone cut the gas line to a Chevy Tahoe SUV parked in the 1500 block of Quail Circle.

Saturday, June 2 

Between 8:30 p.m. June 2 and 6 a.m. June 3, a silver 2010 Ford Fusion was stolen from the 1500 block of Grey Owl Circle.

Sunday, June 3

Between 11:15 p.m. June 2 and 11:30 a.m. June 3, someone smashed the window of a car parked in a parking stall in an apartment complex at 8800 Sierra College Blvd., and took a purse and house keys.

Monday, June 4

Between noon on June 4 and 7:30 a.m. June 5, someone stole a Subaru Legacy that was parked on the street in the 1300 block of Blossom Hill Way.    The Citrus Heights Police Department located the vehicle, undamaged and unoccupied, later on June 5.

Tuesday, June 5

Attempted vehicle thefts:  ­Between 9:30 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. June 5, someone tampered with the steering columns of two vehicles parked in the Park and Ride on Taylor Road at Roseville Parkway.  One vehicle was a convertible, and the suspect got in through the open top. It's unknown how entry was made to the other vehicle.
