Residential Burglaries:

Sunday, Oct. 7

Between 3:30 and 6:30 p.m. Oct. 7, someone went into an unlocked apartment in the 1000 block of Woodcreek Oaks Boulevard and took cash and jewelry.

Garage burglarized: Between 4 and 4:30 a.m. Oct. 7, someone forced entry into a garage on Delta Breeze Court, and moved some tools around. The roll-up door was damaged, but nothing was taken.

Tuesday, Oct. 9

Garage Burglary: Between noon and 12:15 p.m. Oct. 9, someone went into through an open garage door on Sky Ridge Court and stole a backpack containing an iPad, cell phone, iPod, sunglasses and several other electronic accessories.

Thursday, Oct. 11

Between 9:45 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. Oct. 11, someone went into a home in the 1900 block of Lindsay Drive by unknown means, moved items around and stole jewelry and clothing.

Saturday, Oct. 13

Between 7:45 a.m. Oct. 13 and 6:10 p.m. Oct. 14, someone forced entry into a home in the 2300 block of Thistle Down Drive (breaking a front door window pane) while the residents were away. It's unknown at this time what was taken.

Monday, Oct. 15

Attempted Burglary: Between 1:45 and 3:20 p.m. Oct. 15, while residents were away, someone switched off the power to a house in the 2200 block of Independence Way and possibly entered the home through an unlocked bedroom window. Nothing was taken.

Vehicle-Related Crime:

Monday, Oct. 1

Between Oct. 1 and 6, someone got into a pickup on Davenwood Court by unknown means, and took music CDs, keys and loose change.

Friday, Oct. 5

Between Oct. 5 and 7, someone got into a pickup in the 1800 block of Eureka Road by unknown means, and took a military medical bag, sunglasses and other small items.

Saturday, Oct. 6

Between 2:30 and 8 a.m. Oct. 6, someone stole the tailgate from a blue Chevy Silverado pickup parked in the 200 block of Riverside Avenue.

Sunday, Oct. 7

Between 5:30 and 6 a.m. Oct. 7, someone smashed the window of an SUV parked in the 2400 block of Julliard Circle and took a purse containing ID, bank cards and gift cards, and a child's backpack. The unknown suspect used the victim's bank cads to make several purchases in Sacramento.

Monday, Oct. 8

At about 8:40 a.m. Oct. 8, a woman parked her car in a driveway on Bradford Court and went inside, leaving her purse in the car. When she returned five minutes later, someone had smashed her vehicle window and took her expensive purse, with her wallet, cash and other personal items. No suspects were seen in the area.

Overnight Oct. 8/9, someone went into an unlocked vehicle on Westlake Court and took the car stereo, a laptop computer, and a wallet containing the victim's ID cards.

Between the morning of Oct. 8 and the morning of Oct. 9, someone broke into a pickup in the 1800 block of Santa Ines St., rummaged through the glovebox and console, and stole some keys.

Tuesday, Oct. 9

Overnight Oct. 9/10, someone went into an unlocked car in the 3200 block of Acton Way and stole a backpack of hair styling tools.

Overnight Oct. 9/10, someone went into a possibly unlocked vehicle in the 1900 block of Santa Ines St. and stole camera equipment and an iPod.

Wednesday, Oct. 10

Overnight Oct. 10/11, someone stole a Ford F350 pickup from the 600 block of Twinwood Loop. On the afternoon of Oct. 11, the stolen truck was found, unoccupied and undamaged, in a parking lot in the 700 block of Sunrise Avenue.

Friday, Oct. 12

Between 6:30 and 6:45 p.m. Oct. 12, someone smashed the window of a vehicle in the 1000 block of Melody Lane, and took a laptop computer from behind the front passenger seat.

Between 11:30 p.m. Oct. 12 and 12:05 a.m. Oct. 13, someone broke the window of a car in a parking lot in the 500 block of North Sunrise Avenue, and stole expensive purses and all their contents, jewelry, clothing and several other expensive items. The victim's stolen bank cards were soon used to make fraudulent purchases.

Sunday, Oct. 14

Between 6 p.m. Oct. 14 and 9 a.m. Oct. 15, someone went into a locked vehicle parked at an apartment complex at 6725 Fiddyment Road, and took resuable grocery bags. There was no sign of forced entry and it's unknown how the suspect got into the vehicle.

Monday, Oct. 15

Around 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 15, someone slashed the tires and did other damage to a vehicle parked in an apartment complex at 1299 Antelope Creek Drive.
