Between 4 p.m. Oct. 18 and 4 p.m. Oct. 19, someone stole a catalytic converter from a Toyota Tacoma pickup parked on El Rancho Court.

Vehicle-Related Crime:

Saturday, Sept. 29

Just after 10 p.m. Sept. 29, three unknown juveniles were walking in the 700 block of Church Street, and one of them was seen throwing a rock at a parked truck, breaking the windshield.

Wednesday, Oct. 3

Overnight Oct. 3/4, someone rummaged through an unlocked car in the 1500 block of Mill Run Drive and took an iPod cable.

Saturday, Oct. 13

Overnight Oct. 13/14, someone slashed the tires on a vehicle at an apartment complex at 800 Gibson Drive. During the same weekend, another resident reported her vehicle had been deliberately scratched.

Sunday, Oct. 14

Between 12:30 and 6 a.m. Oct. 14, someone smashed the window of a car parked in an apartment complex at 1299 Antelope Creek Drive and took a backpack containing ID and medical equipment.

Tuesday, Oct. 16

During the school day on Oct. 16, someone stole a 1965 red fastback Ford Mustang, with a white stripe on the bottom, from the parking lot of Woodcreek High School. As of this time, the vehicle hasn't been located.

Thursday, Oct. 18

Between 12:30 and 2 p.m. Oct. 18, someone pried the door of a pickup parked in the 900 block of Pleasant Grove Blvd. and took the stereo, golf clubs, sunglasses and other items.

Saturday, Oct. 20

Overnight Oct. 20/21, someone broke the window of a vehicle parked at an apartment complex at 1451 Rocky Ridge Drive and took a woman's purse from the rear cargo area. The purse contained the victim's ID and several bank cards, which were soon used to make unauthorized purchases.

Overnight Oct. 20/21, someone stole a blue Honda Civic from a parking lot in an apartment complex at 1451 Kingswood Drive. The owner found it the next morning parked in a different part of the lot, with the stereo and some loose change taken.
