Firefighters Battle House Fire in Roseville; Explosion Reported

Authorities are battling a two-story house fire.

Firefighters are on the scene of a fire on Corin Drive, in the northwest area of Roseville, authorities say.

Roseville Police Department spokeswoman Dee Dee Gunther said the fire was reported in the 2200 block of Corin Drive at a two-story home, and an initial report indicated something may have exploded.

"There were initial reports of an explosion, but the fire personnel are still working on the fire and haven't established the cause yet," Gunther said in an email.
