Fourth of July Goes Smoothly for Roseville Police and Fire

There weren't any major fires or fireworks-related incidents in Roseville on Thursday.

Roseville residents must have celebrated the Fourth of July at least somewhat responsibly, as authorities didn't respond to any major incidents Thursday.

"We had a fire last night off Minor's Ravine [Trail] that was very small," Roseville Fire Department Assistant Chief Jeff Carman said. "I know we didn't have any major incidents."

Roseville Police stayed busy, but mostly with complaints about fireworks noise, Patrol Lt. Marc Glynn said.

"It sounded like it went pretty darn well," Glynn said.
