Roseville Firefighters Will 'Fill the Boot' This Weekend

They will be collecting donations for the Firefighters Burn Institute at the corner of Sierra College/Douglas boulevards.

Roseville firefighters will be taking donations to help "Fill the Boot for Burns" this weekend. The money raised will support the Firefighters Burn Institute. 

Expect to see off-duty firefighters from the Roseville Fire Department at the corner of Sierra College and Douglas boulevards where they will asking drivers to drop a few cents or dollars into their boots.

They'll be collecting donations from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 11 and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, May 12.

The Firefighters Burn Institute provides a local burn treatment facility, recovery programs for burn survivors, fire and burn prevention through public education, support for burn treatment and rehabilitation research, according to a news release.
