The Placer County Grand Jury recently released a report on the contracts between Placer County and the Placer County Fair Association called "The Fair and the unfair: A History of Continuous Neglect."
The report addresses issues such as how the current contract violates the law, environmental issues such as noise at the All American Speedway and shifting costs.
According to the report, unapproved modifications were made to the speedway without the county’s authority.
