Roseville Election Results 2012
The Placer County Office of Elections posted results early Wednesday morning with 100 percent of its precincts reporting.
City Council
Wednesday's unofficial results with 100 percent of the precincts reporting show Carol Garcia and Pauline Roccucci likely secured their spots on the Roseville City Council. Newcomer Bonnie Gore joined them in third for one of three open seats.
Garcia earned 20.3 percent of the vote, according to unofficial results from the Placer County elections office, while current Roseville Mayor Roccucci won 19.7 percent.

Newcomer Gore earned 18.7 percent, narrowly edging out longtime community activist Phil Ozenick, who had 16.9 percent.

High School Board
In a race still likely too close to call, two Roseville Joint Union High School board incumbents appeared to secure their seats and a challenger inched into third place, according to unofficial results from the Placer County Elections Department.
Jan Pinney holds first place with 25.5 percent of the vote, followed by Paige Stauss with 25.47 percent and challenger Rene Aguilera with 24.33 percent. Incumbent Gerry Genzlinger is in last with 24.29 percent.
The top three vote-getters will win seats on the board, which oversees Roseville's high schools.
And finally, Republican Beth Gaines secured her win over Republican Andy Pugno with nearly 70 percent of the vote. Pugno had garnered 30.9 percent. The district represents Roseville, Fair Oaks, Folsom, Lincoln and Rocklin.
