In case you missed the State of the City discussion at the Roseville Chamber's Roseville 2012 event, you can watch this 26-minute video.

City Manager Ray Kerridge and Assistant City Managers Rob Jensen, John Sprague and Russ Branson answered questions about the state of Roseville during the Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce's Roseville 2012 event.

They tackled issues such as Downtown Roseville, attracting business to Roseville, utility rates and issues, sales tax revenues and arts and entertainment within the city. 

Branson said that the City of Roseville has worked with retailers to become a retail hub for the region over the last two decades.

"People want to be here, they want to shop here," he said.

Branson also said they have seen consistent growth in sales tax within the last 18 months.

Kerridge also shared plans for Downtown Roseville, which includes , construction of the , relocating the Roseville Fire Department and .
