KB Home Plans for 300 More Lots in WestPark Off Fiddyment Road

By this time next year more than 300 lots of KB Homes should be built in the WestPark community off Fiddyment Road in west Roseville. 

The "Built to Order" homes will range in lot size and initially feature two collections of new home designs, according to a press release. Both one- and two-story homes will be available, as well as homes with two- or three-car garages and up to five bedrooms and four bathrooms. 

The homebuilder company already has multiple KB Home communities in the WestPark area including Valley Meadows at Fiddyment Farm and Garden Grove, which just opened in April. 

Construction is anticipated to start within the next few months and a grand opening may come in early 2014, according to the release. 

“We are very excited to continue to expand our presence in Roseville, where we’ve experienced past success and where we know homebuyer demand is high,” said Chris Cady, president of KB Home’s Central California division, in the release.
