That is a good price for a mobile home, however, single family residences are increasing in value throughout Sacramento and Placer counties. We have a very low inventory of homes for sale right now ,and it is causing bidding wars and multiple offers. It is a great time to sell a house right now anywhere around Placer and Sacramento counties. http://www.sellyoursacramentohousefast.com/

Mobile homes are a good start, especially for a single person or couple with no children. However the cost to rent the space the home occupies can be quite high! and you are subject to the rules of the park! This may include pets and children.
