Heat and Sun Forecast for July Fourth

Temperatures could hit 97 degrees in Roseville on the summer celebration.

This Independence Day will likely be a hot one in Roseville, so prepare yourself with water and sunblock if plans will take you outdoors. 

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has predicted highs in the upper 90s and lows in the low 60s during the holiday. A more detailed breakdown is as follows: 

Tuesday: Sunny with a high near 95 degrees and a low around 61, winds between 5 and 8 mph throughout the day.

Wednesday (Independence Day): Sunny and hot with a high near 97 degrees and a low around 61, winds between 6 and 9 mph throughout the day. 

Thursday: Sunny with a high near 95 degrees and a low around 60.
