Placer ARC is a nonprofit organization serving people with developmental disabilities in the Placer County area. The Douglas Boulevard location is home to Studio 700 Center for the Arts. Various types of art classes are taught by professional artists. Classes, such as drawing, painting, ceramics and graphic arts are available for adults over the age of 18 with developmental disabilities. The center also teaches classes in performing arts. There is no cost for services.
