The Roseville mall was designed and built by Urban Retail Properties in 2000 and acquired by Westfield in 2002.</p> <p>The 1.5-million-square-foot shopping mecca houses approximately 250 boutiques and eateries, including anchor stories Nordstrom, JCPenney, Macy's and Sears. A $270-million and 400,000-square-foot expansion in 2008 brought well-known and designer boutique shops to Roseville such as Louis Vuitton, Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn. Phase two of the expansion in 2009 brought almost 100 new shops - many the first in the area - including Tiffany & Co., Burberry, Juicy Couture and Tommy Bahama.</p> <p>Today, the mall houses not only shops, but restaurants and fast-food options such as Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Il Fonaio and Pluto's.
