Shots Fired During Attempted Robbery At Roseville Apartment Complex

Police are searching for two male suspects who allegedly tried to rob two people in an apartment complex on Conroy Lane off Sunrise Boulevard and fired several shots in the area.

"At 1:23 a.m. July 25, two men in a dark-colored early 90s model four-door sedan drove into the lot of an apartment complex on Conroy Lane, confronted two different people who were out on foot in the parking lot, and demanded property from them," according to the Roseville Police crime log.

Both victims told the suspects they didn't have anything of value to give the robbers.

"After the second attempted robbery, the passenger in the car pointed a handgun at the victim and then fired several shots in the general area," according to the log.

No injuries were reported, but one of the shots broke the bedroom window of an apartment close to a resident who was sitting inside.

The suspects are described as light-complexioned black or Pacific Islander men. No other description was given.

Officers are currently working on leads.
