It was an especially busy Wednesday this week in Roseville as police searched for a fourth suspect involved in a pot robbery, a missing Berkeley cyclist was found at a Roseville hotel and the city fought off claims that dancing is banned in Roseville.

- Residents ventured to Downtown Roseville for a Fourth of July parade and celebration hosted by the city.

- One significant fire burned 1-2 acres near Westfield Galleria at Roseville. Three citations were issued for illegal fireworks.

- DUIs were down compared to last year’s Fourth of July weekend. Last year, 17 DUI arrests were made during July 1-5 in Roseville, according to police.

- A change of command and badge-pinning ceremony was held July 1 for the Roseville Fire Department. Twenty people were promoted or welcomed to the department.

- Four suspects robbed three men at gunpoint during a marijuana sale yesterday in the Galleria mall parking lot, according to Roseville Police.

- Anthony Michael Martin, 29, was reported missing on Saturday. Police say he has been sighted in Roseville and left the Berkeley area voluntarily.

- An article online accuses the City of Roseville of banning dancing outside of the city’s entertainment zone. The city says the claim is untrue.

- The approval honored contracts with management/confidential employees, Roseville Firefighters, Local 39 and the Roseville Police Association agreed upon in previous years.
