Nothing Bundt Cakes Set to Open Dec. 1

A new bakery will open soon in Roseville serving up individual and large bundt cakes.

First it was cupcakes, and now it may be a bundt cake craze. Nothing Bundt Cakes, a company headquartered in Las Vegas, is opening a bundt cake bakery in Roseville. The grand opening is set for Thursday, Dec. 1.

They’ll be serving up single-serving cakes called Bundtlets, larger bundts that serve up to 18 people, as well as tiered cakes, which serves up to 26 people.

As part of its grand opening celebrations, the bakery will donate 20 percent of its proceeds made from 10 am. To 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9 to the Keaton Raphael Memorial Foundation.

“We are excited to further enrich Roseville and all of the wonderful communities around our bakery by bringing Nothing Bundt Cakes to the neighborhood,” said Cameron Diviak, Nothing Bundt Cakes local bakery co-owner in a news release.  “Partnering with meaningful organizations here, including Keaton Raphael Memorial, furthers our commitment and dedication to the city in which we live and work.” 

Customers also have a chance to win some free goodies. At 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, the first 50 customers to make a purchase will receive free Bundtlets for a year. From noon to 3:30 p.m. that day, they’ll also have entertainment at the shop.

This Roseville location is the 41st Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery across nine states.

Nothing Bundt Cakes flavors include chocolate chocolate chip, lemon, cinnamon swirl, red velvet, white chocolate raspberry and others. Their cakes also come with a cream cheese signature frosting in “frosted petals” or drizzled with frosting. They also bake up seasonal flavors.

“We’ve learned that Bundt cakes hold a special place in the heart of consumers across the nation, as many folks can remember a loved one baking a special bundt cake just for them,” said Dena Tripp, co-founder of Nothing Bundt Cakes, in a news release. “Our franchisees are not only an integral part our growth strategy, but they are also an integral part of connecting to the community through the love of the handmade bundt cake."
