Whether it’s hot chocolate fireside, a warm spiced cider or a favorite holiday cocktail at a local bar, the season is full of festive drinks.

In Roseville, a few local restaurants serve up some festive holiday cocktails. Here is a quick look at a some holiday-inspired creations:

At , they’ve created two festive drinks centered around berries. Their Bistro Cosmo is created with Gvori Vodka, Leopold Bros. cranberry liqueur, Contreau and cranberry juice. Their Raspberry Martini is made with house-infused raspberry vodka with lemon juice and sweet vermouth.

Newly opened Italian restaurant in Downtown Roseville, has a menu full of festive cocktails year-round. A couple stood out for their holiday flair like the Scicilian Kiss made with Southern Comfort and Bols Amaretto and cream, as well as the Chocolate Amore with Van Gogh Espresso Vodka, Kahlua and Bailey’s Irish Cream.

Hawks in Granite Bay also shakes and stirs up some seasonal drinks like their Apple Hill, made with Coeur de Lion Calvados, Saigon Cinnamon simple syrup and lemon juice. Another favorite is their Espresso Martini, which is a Hawk’s secret recipe.
