Week in Review, Jan. 15: Suspects Arrested in Catalytic Converter Thefts, More

Last week in Roseville, we had some interesting stories: Four suspects arrested in suspicion of catalytic converter thefts, a motorcyclist killed in a crash in which Roseville Police and witnesses said he ran a red light, district officials are looking at the possibility of closing an elementary school and more.
