Denio’s Invites Community to Celebrate Christmas at the Market

With Festive Gifts, Santa’s Workshop and Crafts Denio’s has Holiday Fun for All

ROSEVILLE, Calif. (December 3, 2012) – Denio’s Farmers Market and Swap Meet in Roseville is inviting your entire family to join them this Christmas season to shop local for that unique gift for everyone on your Christmas list. Featuring the largest farmers market in Northern California, you’ll also find all the fresh fruits and veggies needed for your holiday table. To celebrate the season Denio’s is inviting Santa to set up his workshop for the three weekends leading up to Christmas – December 8-9, 15-16 and 22-23. Little ones can have their photos taken with Santa, visit Santa’s petting zoo complete with pony rides and enjoy some delightful holiday treats (extra fees may apply).

With hundreds of vendors every weekend at Denio’s selling unique, hand-crafted and hard to find items, Denio’s is one of the best places to find gifts for friends and family of all ages and within all budgets.

“Denio’s is still a family owned business and we love that the Christmas season brings families together,” said Ken Denio, owner of Denio’s Farmers Market and Swap Meet. “We hope that families will come out and enjoy a day at Denio’s, while shopping for that unique, got-to-have gift for special family or friends. Plus, our parking tokens make the perfect stocking stuffer!”

There is a $3 parking fee per car – Denio’s encourages families to bring their friends. Denio’s is open every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine. The Friday Farmers Market is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Denio’s is located at 1551 Vineyard Road, Roseville, CA 95678. About Denio’s Farmers Market and Swap MeetDenio’s Roseville Farmers Market was founded in 1947 by Jim and Marilee Denio. It began small, with a single individual selling produce near the Southern Pacific Railroad Yard. Denio’s has always been a family-oriented venture. As the auction grew, so did the Denio family. Today, Jim and Marilee’s son, Ken, carries on the family business by maintaining the same values and traditions started by his parents over 65 years ago. With four generations on hand to serve you, Denio’s will continue to offer you fresh produce and bargain merchandise for years to come.
