Today's study is on the neighborhood south of Blue Oaks, north of Pleasant Grove between Fiddyment Rd and Woodcreek Oaks Blvd.
Currently there are 19 homes actively for sale in that area with an average list price of $372,000. Most of the homes are 2 or 3 bedrooms, but there are some 4 bedrooms.
They range in size from 1300 sq ft, up to 2300 sq ft. I hope that brings good news to those of you who have been on the hunt for homes for a while. It can be a tedious task, but stick with it. You will find something that catches your eye and your heart.
