If you're interested and haven't signed up yet, you're in luck: There's still time to apply. The next session is set for 6:30-9 p.m. March 12-15 and March 19-22 at the Roseville Police Department.
The bi-annual Citizen's Police Awareness Academy gives residents a look inside local law enforcement. Attendees will be introduced to the concepts of community-oriented policing, learn how to volunteer for the department, meet representatives from the investigations and K9 units and more.
Want to apply? You must be at least 18 years old and either live or work in the Roseville area. Space is limited to approximately 50 people and participants are selected by the Chief of Police.
