I'm suspicious of any adult riding a bicycle through my neighborhood and wearing regular clothes and a backpack. I'm especially suspicious if I see them looking around a lot. Sorry to have to say that, but they are suspicious to me. I'm not so suspicious of these adults if they are wearing a helmet and if they are wearing spandex, I probably am not very suspicious of them.
