Man in Van Exposes Self to Mother & Her 14-Month-Old Baby, Police Say
"When I looked at him and I looked in his van he had his pants down and he was playing with himself," the woman told Fox 40.
A man exposed himself to a mother and her baby in Roseville on Sunday, according to police.
It happened near McAnally Street and Plymouth Court shortly after the weekend rainstorms, according to the Roseville Press-Tribune. Here's what they had to say:
A man reportedly shouted to the mother and motioned for her to come over to him. As the woman approached, she could see the man was openly masturbating.

Fox 40 quotes the woman, Jolene Sebalj, as saying:
“When I looked at him and I looked in his van he had his pants down and he was playing with himself ... From that point, he proceeded to try and get me and my daughter in the van with him to do what he was doing.”
