School Board Candidates Forum Set for Sept. 27

Candidates running in the Eureka Union and Roseville Joint Union High school districts will participate in the public forum.

Get your questions ready because come Sept. 27, you’ll have the chance to ask Roseville school board candidates your questions. The League of Women Voters in Placer County is hosting a candidates forum at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27 at Olympus Junior High in Roseville. 

Candidates running for positions within the Eureka Union and Roseville Joint Union High school districts will participate in the forum.

The forum is open to the public and voters can submit questions to learn candidates’ positions on issues.

There are three candidates running for one of two seats within the Eureka Union School District: Incumbent Ryan Jones, Renee Nash and incumbent Kristie Greiss. Within the Roseville Joint Union High School District, four candidates are running; three seats are available. Candidates are: Incumbent Paige Stauss, incumbent Garry Genzlinger, incumbent R. Jan Pinney and Rene Aguilera.
